1. Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Leonard von Böhlen, Valentina von Böhlen, Cornelius von Böhlen GbR, including mindfulness sessions, workshops, and community offerings, whether in person or online.
By booking a session or participating in any of our offerings, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking & Payment
Bookings can be made via our website or our official booking system.
Payments are due in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions in case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be informed promptly and offered a refund or alternative date.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the session.
Cancellations after this period or no-shows will be charged in full. No refunds will be issued.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to someone else by notifying us via email in advance.

4. Health Disclaimer
Our sessions are designed to support wellbeing, mindfulness, and personal development.
They are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
Participation is at your own risk. Please consult your doctor or therapist before attending if you are unsure whether our offerings are suitable for you.

5. Liability
We assume no liability for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from participation in our sessions.
Each participant is responsible for their own wellbeing and safety.

6. Privacy
We treat your data with care and in accordance with the applicable privacy laws.

7. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All content shared in sessions or through our channels (texts, exercises, meditations, etc.) is the intellectual property of Leonard von Böhlen, Valentina von Böhlen, Cornelius von Böhlen GbR and may not be copied, recorded, or distributed without written permission.

8. Final Provisions
German law shall apply. Place of jurisdiction is Vaterstetten, Germany.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining terms remain unaffected.
