The Connection Walk is a simple, guided group walk designed to help you step out of your head and into your body — alongside others.
We move at an easy pace, in silence at first, letting the body settle and the natural surroundings set the rhythm.
How it works
1. Arrival & welcome (10 min)
We meet at 8:00am Dinatale Café (Veterinärstr. 4). Grab a coffee or tea if you’d like, say hello, and settle in.
2. Silent embodied walk (10 min)
We begin at 8:10am with a short silent walk to feel the body, notice the breath, and take in the surroundings of the English Garden.
3. Shared walk & conversation (35 min)
From there, conversation unfolds naturally. What did you notice? How did you feel?
Sharing what we observed, experienced, or simply where life’s at.
End
The full walk lasts about 45 minutes and finishes back near the café.
